About Me
Hi, My name is Jasbir, I'm a fulltime cook and part-time food writer & traveler.
I am passionate about tasty, delicious and flavorful meals.
Through every recipe I share, my goal is to make healthy eating simple, delicious, and exciting for everyone.
More than just a recipe blog, FXP Recipes is a growing community.
This platform was built to inspire home cooks, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to eat better without giving up flavour. Our focus is on high-protein recipes that are easy to prepare, packed with nutrients, and perfect for busy lifestyles — whether you’re building muscle, losing weight, or simply maintaining a balanced diet.
We’re here to share practical food ideas, helpful cooking tips, and a love for mindful eating. As we grow, we aim to introduce more themed collections, nutrition guides, and collaborative content to keep your kitchen inspired. Whether you’re here to follow a health goal or discover a new favourite meal, we’re glad to have you.

Tested recipes, written the way you’d actually cook them.
FXP Recipes is a cooking site for people who want dinner on the table without guesswork. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert — plus the restaurant dishes you love, worked out so you can make them at home.
Every recipe is cooked in our kitchen before it goes up, with supermarket ingredients and ordinary equipment. If it doesn’t work for us, it doesn’t go up for you.

- Cooked before it’s publishedEvery recipe is made in our own kitchen first. If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t go up.
- Written step by stepReal quantities, real timings, and the small details that decide whether a dish works.
- Copycats worth makingThe restaurant dishes you love, worked out properly so you can cook them at home.
How a recipe gets published
Nothing goes live because it sounded good on paper. Every recipe walks the same four steps.
From reader requests, restaurant favourites people want to recreate, and the meals we keep cooking ourselves.
In our own kitchen, with supermarket ingredients and ordinary equipment — not a test kitchen you’ll never have.
Exact quantities, real timings, and the details that decide it: pan size, resting time, what “golden” actually looks like.
When readers tell us a step is unclear or a timing is off, we cook it again and update the page.
