ToggleExpert Tips That I Recommend
- To enjoy juicy patties with enough fat, use 80/20 ground beef in the recipe.
- Don’t press the patties; lightly shape them and grill.
- Season them right before cooking so they retain moisture.
- Don’t press or flatten the patties while cooking, as this can release the flavorful juices.
- Always put stacker sauce at room temperature or warm it gently so it spreads easily.
Recipe Variation for Different Diets
- Keto Version: Instead of regular buns, use lettuce wraps; instead of regular butter, use unsalted butter, and use full-fat cheese instead of regular cheese. You can swap regular stacker sauce for a sugar-free one.
- Gluten-Free Version: Instead of regular buns, use gluten-free buns; instead of regular cheese, use monetary jack cheese. You can use gluten-free stacker sauce instead of regular sauce.
