Sunday nights are meant for heavy meals, and I knew that. But some of us love sipping a bowl of tasty, healthy soup before or after it! I love to start my Sunday night dinners with a warm cup of soup, and this soup is something I cook regularly!
Before starting to cook the dish, make sure to get 500 grams of Cannellini beans. Rinse it and drain it completely. Into a frying pan, add some olive oil. Put it on low heat; once the oil is slightly hot, add the beans to it. Cook it until it is brown and crispy.
