Expert Tips That I Recommend

  • You need to Brown the beef deeply on all sides because well-cooked beef creates a deep, savory flavor.
  • Before you roast, salt the beef generously so that it remains flavourful after cooking.
  • Avoid opening the oven frequently, as it affects the temperature and cooking process.
  • You can enjoy a moist beef by letting it cool in stock for an hour.

Recipe Variation for Different Diets

  • Keto Version: Swap red wine with dry red wine along with beef broth. Check whether Worcestershire sauce is sugar-free.
  • Gluten-Free Version: Double-check if garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce are sugar-free.
